To initiate a return, please ensure the following:
Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting our customer service.
Include the following information inside your return package: your order number, the name used when placing the order, the item(s) you are returning, and a brief explanation of the reason for the return (optional but recommended).
Return Conditions:
Returns must be postmarked within 30 days from the receipt of your order.
Products must be in their original condition, unopened or opened but unused.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the error is ours (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Refunds:
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 30 days from the date of the refund request.
